Fishing

  Fishing and hunting gear is sold at our own Tackle & Country Store. Come in and get the latest updates and reports that will help in your sporting quests and a few stories from the locals.

  We have several fish species at the Potholes Reservoir including: Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Perch, Trout, Bluegill, Crappie, Carp, Channel Catfish and more. Check out Fish Activity Chart

  Fishing Tournaments are held annually at MarDon Resort. Bass, Walleye, Carp (Bow & Arrow), Trout and more. Go to "Events" page for the latest information on all the tournaments and purses.

  Get the full map containing locations of most of the Seep Lakes around the Potholes Reservoir. Seep lakes were created by ice age floods during the Pleistocene Epoch and contain several varieties of fish.
  
  

Hunting

Waterfowl hunting in Grant County is some of the finest in the State. We have in excess of 15,000 acres of leased private land in the Columbia Basin. We hunt on pre-scouted fields in layout blinds or pits with Drop Zone Decoys. We like to finish our birds, not pass shoot over decoys. We hunt well scouted fields, not flyway geese. Limits are the rule, not the exception.
